Get stronger, feel energized, and build fitness from head to toe. This full-body circuit workout improves muscular strength and endurance through rotating stations using diverse equipment. Suited for all fitness levels with modifications available.

Gaspar Balance in Motion: Tuesdays 12 Noon
Designed for older adults to improve mobility, stability, posture and balance. Uses functional movements, stretching, and strength-building with optional seated modifications. Great for fall prevention and confident movement.

- How do I get started? Fill out the inquiry form. Purchase sessions by calling the office or paying in person.
- Do I have to be a current patient? No, we welcome all individuals.
- Session length? 50 minutes for both personal and group sessions.
- Group class capacity? 10 people max.
- Are trainers certified? Yes, with certifications like ACE, NASM, ACSM and more. CPR required.
- Cancellation policy? 24-hour notice required via email or direct contact with trainer.
Trainer Bio: Christine Silcox
Christine has a lifelong career in fitness and sports, including Ironman races, marathon events, and coaching track & field and triathletes. She specializes in functional training, corrective exercise, and post-injury return. She holds multiple certifications, including:
- ACE Personal Trainer & Health Coach
- Biomechanics Corrective Exercise Specialist
- USA Triathlon Coach
- USATF Official, US Masters Swim Coach
Christine holds a Master’s in Sports Administration and has lived in Paris and other major cities before settling in Carlsbad with her family. Her mantra is: “Pursue your Purpose with Passion.”
