Cole worked with me to guide me to get back to my athletic goals with perfect ratio of pushing me forward through some fear of discomfort and throthling me back when needed. Very easy to get appointment as well and very responsive front office. Since I had so many appointments, I also did sessions with other therapists and they were all great as well. "Dearest Gentle Recovery Patient, We all strive to keep our bodies as healthy and strong as possible. Sometimes we get derailed with minor injuries, strains. Sometimes that may require intensive surgeries to fix an issue. I am middle-aged male who recently had a minor injury in my middle back that sidelined me from my normal fitness functions. I am in good fitness condition and having this back injury mentally set me back. As I attended my first physical therapy session with Mekenna, I had in mind that I hope she can get me back to a level of performance that I am accustomed to. I admit, I attacked her treatment plan aggressively hoping to see gains sooner. She is such a professional she recognized right away that I would probably do that. As our sessions continued, she advised me to be patient and not overexert our plan for recovery. I am happy to say that the treatment plan she laid out for me has done me well and I am back to my level of fitness performance. Mekenna is a joy to work with, caring,thoughtful and knowledgeable of her trade. If you have an opportunity for her to be your physical therapist, you will not be disappointed. The staff at the front desk (Hanna) are patient and full of welcoming smiles as you walk into the facility. Additionally, the entire staff at (Gaspar 13350 Camino Del Sur location) has been top notch as I watched them work with individuals. "I just completed a series of Physical Therapy (PT) appointments with Gaspar DPT at the Camino del Sur location. This is my second series of treatments; treatments for different issues a year apart. I received excellent treatment. I recommend these guys. The doctors listen to my conditions, my progress, my concerns, and shape my treatment accordingly. The clinic provides a team approach with direct interaction with the assigned knowledgeable doctor (30 minutes) followed by the coaching and assist by the talented PT assistants (30 minutes). The administrative actions (scheduling, insurance, ortho doctor info) was excellent. If I need PT help in the future, this will be my place."

"Dr. Spencer was able to isolate my problem areas, and was able to pin point the root of the inflamed area while recommending exercises for recovery. He is very knowledgeable and does a great job of explaining how the muscle groups interact. The PT Aides were all very knowledgeable and wanted to make sure my form was correct while performing the exercises. Hannah, the administrative assistant was always cheerful and willing to help with any of my concerns. I was really impressed by the time oriented maintenance plan that Dr. Spencer provided on my final visit!"

"I’ve been to many PT places due to injuries ranging from tears to a fractured bone, and this has easily been my best PT experience. When it comes to quality care, the physicians here really think and come up with solutions to help you get back on your feet -- in my case, it was recovery from a fractured talus. Cole and Makena were amazing physicians who helped me through the time I had an air-cast around post 6 week surgery til I was on my 2 feet lightly jumping and jogging. They were extremely knowledgeable in the various workouts and parts of the foot (which were so complex). I had a ton of stiffness being immobilized for ~3-4 months, but all the personalized progressions they put me through fixed maybe 85% of my immobility. A lot of the PT has helped me gain a lot of strength and can do multiple sets of assisted pistol squats now. Mobility is my main bottleneck still, but without the physicians' help I don't think I could've gained this much range of motion back. Everyone -- from the physicians, aids, manager -- all were extremely bright, warm, and fun peoples. The ambiance itself was fun, and it truly made going to PT enjoyable even if all my sessions were bright and early at 7:30 am. Overall, I really recommend this PT clinic from personal experience when it comes to foot immobilization therapy. The overall care is highly recommended because everyone is so great too."

Randi created a personalized home exercise program that I really like and still follow daily. When I injured my upper back a month ago, I immediately requested Randi again. "Virtigo. The beast of all physical ailments. Nothing you can do at home can do what Spencer can at Gaspar. He’s a head and neck specialist and has been working on me for a couple months now. My reoccurrences of dizziness have greatly diminished. He knows what he is doing. Refreshing that most of the therapy is hands on by the PT. Not by a ton of assistant coaches. Plus, it’s the same team most of the time! They get to know you. Hanna at the front desk is AMAZING. She can work miracles With the schedule and actually works a Cancel list when asked to look for openings. Couldn’t be more pleasant to work with. I’ve been to over half dozen PT clinics since my back fusion and rotator cuff surgeries. I chose to drive farther to this one for Spencer’s expertise. "After 8 PT sessions on my left shoulder at a major hospital, with no positive results, I agreed to a steroid injection. This also did not help so they scheduled a MRI. When the results came back I had a 2mm through tear in a tendon. The MSK Doctor and Orthopedic surgeon recommended surgery. I received a second opinion on the MRI results and decided surgery was not an option.
