"Truth be told, PT isn’t sexy. It’s doing things that don’t look like much and often are uncomfortable. That said, it’s hard to beat Brian Stone if you want to understand and break the cycle of injury/pain. He met me where I was and worked with me to find a way out. I continue to use the recommended stretching and strengthening regimen so I can walk and hike without pain."
