"Nobody wants to need physical therapy, but when you do Gaspar is THE BEST!! Every single person there was kind, respectful and professional. Every client is treated with their own plan and they work to your level. The support and encouragement was amazing. "Dearest Gentle Recovery Patient, We all strive to keep our bodies as healthy and strong as possible. Sometimes we get derailed with minor injuries, strains. Sometimes that may require intensive surgeries to fix an issue. I am middle-aged male who recently had a minor injury in my middle back that sidelined me from my normal fitness functions. I am in good fitness condition and having this back injury mentally set me back. As I attended my first physical therapy session with Mekenna, I had in mind that I hope she can get me back to a level of performance that I am accustomed to. I admit, I attacked her treatment plan aggressively hoping to see gains sooner. She is such a professional she recognized right away that I would probably do that. As our sessions continued, she advised me to be patient and not overexert our plan for recovery. I am happy to say that the treatment plan she laid out for me has done me well and I am back to my level of fitness performance. Mekenna is a joy to work with, caring,thoughtful and knowledgeable of her trade. If you have an opportunity for her to be your physical therapist, you will not be disappointed. The staff at the front desk (Hanna) are patient and full of welcoming smiles as you walk into the facility. Additionally, the entire staff at (Gaspar 13350 Camino Del Sur location) has been top notch as I watched them work with individuals. This author wants you to know that you can not go wrong with this group of therapist, you will definity be in good hands."

Bruce has had a hip replacement and 3 back surgeries and I’ve had 3 joint replacements and have severe arthritis. Ivan has treated us and taught us what to do to live a more comfortable snd enjoyable life"
