Trainer Bio: Christine Silcox

Christine has a lifelong career in fitness and sports, including Ironman races, marathon events, and coaching track & field and triathletes. She specializes in functional training, corrective exercise, and post-injury return. She holds multiple certifications, including:

  • ACE Personal Trainer & Health Coach
  • Biomechanics Corrective Exercise Specialist
  • USA Triathlon Coach
  • USATF Official, US Masters Swim Coach

Christine holds a Master’s in Sports Administration and has lived in Paris and other major cities before settling in Carlsbad with her family. Her mantra is: “Pursue your Purpose with Passion.”
