Jayme is a San Diego native who combines her background as a former athlete with extensive experience in orthopedic physical therapy to help patients return to the activities they love. Whether that means getting back to soccer, surfing, running, hiking, gardening, playing with grandchildren, or simply moving with less pain, Jayme believes every patient's goals are important.
She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine, a program recognized for its strong emphasis on manual therapy and hands-on treatment. Her treatment approach combines evidence-based rehabilitation, movement analysis, strength and conditioning principles, and patient education to create individualized treatment plans tailored to each person's goals.
Jayme has special interests in orthopedic rehabilitation, ACL recovery, return-to-sport training, running analysis, spine and scoliosis rehabilitation, and helping active individuals safely return to the activities they enjoy most.
As a former professional soccer player who has personally experienced the rehabilitation process following ACL reconstruction and continues to enjoy playing soccer, Jayme understands firsthand the challenges that can accompany injury and recovery. She is passionate about empowering patients with the knowledge, confidence, and tools needed to achieve their goals and return to the activities that bring meaning to their lives.
